Hi everyone
 Sorry I was not with at last meeting, I was enjoying a well needed family holiday in Uxbridge South Wales. Beautiful weather and lovely area, well worth a visit. So,  hope you will all be attending at next meeting which is Thursday 21st  if i have my dates correct !!, plus we have a guest Liz, who is going to get us all fit  well I expect she hopes to get us all fit, so come in your comfy clothes and and enjoy a gentle ( I hope ) work out.
